Elizabeth L6 - The Religious Settlement of 1559

This lesson contains:
A starter recap exercise to distinguish beliefs of Catholics and Protestants.
A discussion of what different religious groups may want from the settlement.
A short video clip summarising the Settlement (Act of Uniformity, Act of Supremacy and Royal Injunctions), then a gap fill activity (using a given info sheet) to consolidate the changes brought about by the Settlement, extended to select which groups each provision favoured.
A choice of plenaries: an exam question or a crossword for key words.
