About Me

Hi, my name is Andy Hassan and I make history resources. I am originally from Wales but currently reside in sunny Devon by the seaside. Making resources has always been one of my favourite parts of being a teacher.

I started teaching in 2010 at an international school in Cairo where I taught IGCSE history and English, before transitioning back to the UK and becoming head of history at a private, international boarding school in Bath. It was here I took on head of academics role, but after 5 years I stepped back because I missed being in the classroom! I then worked for a while in Swindon before relocating my family down to Exmouth, Devon where we currently reside.

I have experience teaching the iGCSE, GCSE and the Advanced Placement, a U.S. qualification on par with the A Level.
